Minimum order

No fixed MOQ to start. Volume discounts kick in above 500 pcs per design. We’ve shipped pilot orders as small as 50 pcs and FCLs of 5,000+.

Lead time

3–4 weeks for standard designs from PI confirmation. 5–6 weeks for custom (includes pre-production sample approval).

Sample policy

Free for confirmed orders. First-time inquiries: sample cost charged at production rate, refundable against your first PI of 100 pcs+.

Payments

30% advance on PI, 70% against B/L copy. Wire transfer, LC at sight, TT. PayPal accepted for samples and orders under USD 2,000.

Shipping terms

FOB Mundra/Nhava Sheva default. CIF and DDP available to most countries. Carbon-neutral shipping on request. Full export documentation handled by our team.

Custom design

Tearsheet in, sample out in 14 days. Custom sizes, colours, fibre blends and white-label all standard — no surcharge for the design work on confirmed orders.

Sample. We courier a physical sample for approval. 7–14 days from artwork sign-off. Photo proofs sent before dispatch.

Proforma Invoice. Signed PI with final pricing, MOQ, incoterm, payment milestones, ship-by date. 30% advance triggers production.

Production. 3–4 weeks standard / 5–6 weeks custom. Real-time updates by email and WhatsApp at weaving, dyeing, packing stages.

Shipment. 70% balance against B/L copy. Full export docs (CI, PL, COO, IGST invoice). FOB Mundra or your nominated CIF/DDP destination.

Q01Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No fixed MOQ to start a conversation. For volume pricing, we benchmark at 500 pcs per design. Smaller pilot orders (50–300 pcs) are welcome at standard rates.

Q02How long until I get a sample?

Standard catalogue items: 7 days dispatch from confirmed artwork. Custom designs: 14 days. Sample shipping at cost via DHL/FedEx, charges visible upfront.

Q03Can you white-label and ship with our branding?

Yes — every order. Custom packaging, hangtags with your logo, private-label care labels, retail-ready cartons. Specify at PI stage; no surcharge.

Q04What’s your repeat-order discount?

Repeat buyers move to annual contract pricing after the second confirmed order. Locked rates for 12 months on agreed volumes, regardless of FX fluctuation.

Q05Do you handle CIF and DDP, or only FOB?

FOB Mundra / Nhava Sheva is our default. CIF available to most destinations; DDP on request — we coordinate forwarder, customs, and last-mile delivery.

Q06What certifications can you provide?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 dyes, GOTS organic cotton/jute, AZO-free natural-dye recipes, BIS where relevant. Carbon-neutral shipping certificate on request.

Q07What payment methods do you accept?

Wire transfer (TT), Letter of Credit at sight, and PayPal for samples or orders under USD 2,000. Standard split: 30% advance / 70% against B/L copy.

Q08How do we visit the workshop or showroom?

Workshop in Panipat, export office in Delhi, showroom in Noida. Buyer visits welcomed Mon–Sat. We arrange airport pickup from Delhi IGI and accommodation if needed.
